To Paint or not to Paint

To paint or not to paint?  That is my question for you!

Kitchen soffit.  Paint it the wall color or ceiling color?  The Mr and I are on two different sides.


And if you are interested in that beauty of a light fixture, it can be yours!

    I would paint it the wall color. painting it the ceiling color will only cause the ceiling to come down visually, making it look lower there. painting it the wall color creates the illusion that the wall keeps going up to the next color change (the ceiling). hope that makes sense!

      Thanks! I want to do wall color...was waiting to convince the hubs! Think I did that?! It's amazing what we use Pinterest for!
